What to send us
The photos, the new background as a file or a description, such as a studio gray, a kitchen or an outdoor scene, and where the images will be used. Say whether shadows and reflections should be recreated.
What you get back
Composited images with the subject on the new background, light direction and color matched, contact shadows added, and a layered file keeping the subject, shadow and background separate.
What to check before you sign off
Check that the light on the subject comes from the same direction as the light in the new background. Mismatched light is what makes a background swap look pasted.
