Clipping & Distortion Repair

What to send us
The clipped recording in its original format, and a note of where the worst distortion is. Any backup recording, such as a camera microphone, can help with badly damaged sections.
What you get back
A repaired file with the flattened peaks reconstructed and distortion reduced, plus notes on any passages that were too damaged to recover fully.
What to check before you sign off
Listen to the loudest words and notes. Repair can reduce harshness a great deal, but severe clipping rarely comes back perfectly, and the notes should be honest about that.
