What to send us

The original media where possible, such as tapes, discs or records, or the best existing transfer. Share what you know about the recording and what it will be used for.

What you get back

A high-resolution transfer of the original, a restored version, and notes on what was done. Keeping the untouched transfer means the restoration can be revisited later.

What to check before you sign off

Compare the restored and unrestored versions at the same volume. Restoration should make the recording easier to hear without removing the room, the voices' character or the music's texture.
