AI Workflow Integration pricing

AI workflow integration is priced per item, with the human review included rather than sold as an upgrade. Everything below is either a published rate of ours or a US market range — not one of them is a number invented to fill a gap.

What we charge

Assisted production

$1.80 per asset

Model-assisted generation or cleanup with a person checking every item.

  • Human review on every deliverable
  • Known failure modes checked explicitly
  • Edge cases logged with resolutions

What this costs across the US market

These are typical American market ranges, not our quote for your job — we have not seen your files. They are here so you can tell a reasonable number from an unreasonable one, including when the unreasonable one is ours.

Typical US market ranges for AI Workflow Integration
Type of work Typical range What that buys
Assisted production Model-assisted generation or cleanup with human review on every item.
Data labeling and annotation Depends entirely on schema complexity and the agreement level required.
Workflow build and pilot Spec, pilot, review process, tooling and the handover documentation.

What actually moves the price

Volume, and how much can be automated safely
The economics only work where a large share of the job is genuinely repeatable. If it is not, this is the expensive way to do it.
How much human review the use case demands
Public-facing marketing needs every frame checked. An internal draft does not. The review level is the price.
Complexity of the spec
A two-line annotation guideline is cheap. A forty-page taxonomy with edge cases is a project before any work starts.
Failure cost
Where a mistake is embarrassing, review is light. Where it is regulatory or safety-critical, it is heavy and priced accordingly.
Disclosure requirements
Public-facing output that needs a documented provenance trail carries an overhead that internal work does not.
Data sensitivity
Work that cannot leave your environment, or cannot touch a third-party model, costs more to set up and run.

How long it takes

Typical phase durations
PhaseUsual duration
Scoping and spec 3–5 business days
Pilot batch 3–7 business days
Review rule agreed 2 business days
Volume production Depends on volume, quoted per batch
Handover documentation 2–4 business days

Before you ask

The questions that come up on most ai workflow integration inquiries.

Will a person actually look at the output?
Every deliverable, not a sample of them, and it is included in the price rather than sold as an upgrade. Hands, text, counts, edges and continuity are where generative models fail, and they fail confidently. Checking them is a few seconds per item and it is the whole reason the service is worth buying.
Is our data used to train a model?
No, and it is in the contract rather than a policy page. Your material is used to do your work and for nothing else. If you need the work done inside your own environment, or without touching a third-party model at all, that is possible and costs more to set up. Tell us at the quote stage.
Can we own the copyright in AI-assisted output?
This is genuinely unsettled and we will not pretend otherwise. The US Copyright Office has stated that work produced purely by a machine without human authorship is not registrable, and has issued guidance on disclosing AI-generated material. Where ownership matters to you, the human contribution matters legally as well as editorially. That shapes how we scope the job, and it is worth twenty minutes with your own counsel.
What does the pilot actually prove?
Ten representative items run end to end, returned with an honest list of where the process got it wrong and why. A pilot that hides the failure modes is worthless, because those are exactly what you are buying against. Ours reports them, which occasionally talks a client out of the project.
Do we have to disclose that AI was involved?
It depends where the output is used, and the rules are tightening. The FTC has warned against overstating what AI does, several states now regulate synthetic media, and some platforms require labeling. We record provenance and tell you plainly what was AI-assisted, so the disclosure decision is one you can actually make.
Is the free trial really free?
Yes. What the trial covers differs by discipline — two images, a 30-second cut of your own footage, one mastered episode, a technical review of a page you already own — and each service page says which one applies. No card, no invoice, no subscription that starts quietly afterward. It is done by the same people who would do the paid job, to the same standard, because a trial that flatters the work is useless to both of us.
How fast can you turn work around?
Most image work comes back in 6 to 24 hours. Video and 3D depend on the shot and the length, and we tell you the turnaround in the quote rather than after you have committed. If you have a deadline that cannot move, say so in the brief. We will tell you honestly whether we can hit it.
How do you price the work?
By what the job actually involves, not an average. A clipping path around a box and one around a bicycle are different amounts of work, and so are a two-minute explainer and a two-minute product film. The unit differs by discipline: per image, per finished minute, per episode, per product, per project, or monthly for retained work. Every service has a pricing page with our published rates and the US market ranges beside them, so you can sanity-check any quote including ours.

Want the real number rather than a range?

Send the brief and a couple of sample files. You will get a fixed price rather than an estimate, usually within one business day, and nothing starts until you say yes.
