What to send us
The images, the class list with a color for each class, and a rule for pixels that belong to nothing or are genuinely ambiguous, such as blurred edges or reflections.
What you get back
Pixel-level masks the same size as each image, with every pixel assigned a class or the agreed ignore value, plus a legend mapping colors to classes.
What to check before you sign off
Look at the boundaries between classes, where most disagreement lives. Check that thin structures such as poles, wires and fences were labeled rather than absorbed into the background.
